How To Turn Your Clients Into Superfans with Brittany Hodak
"Having an experience that people can't help but talk about, or leave a review is where you create a superfan"

I picked up the book Creating Superfans: How To Turn Your Customers Into Lifelong Advocates, the day it was released (quite by accident!) and was hooked immediately. From the fantastic colors of the cover, to the easability (I think I just made a word up) of reading it. Author Brittany Hodak paints such an easy to understand picture of what happens when your customers turn into lifelong advocates for your biz.
If you've been with me for a while, you know that creating referrals, and relationship building, is important to how I've always grown my business. I get a little bit geeked out when I meet other people who lean into this topic like I do. Brittany began her career in the music industry, studying the "why" fandom occurs and became fascinated by it. She's since then turned her theories and observations into actionable lectures, lessons and activities that any business can put in place.
