It's a trap that's easy to fall into. Particularly if you're just starting your team and finances are perceived to be tight. Or if you've not quite nailed down the concept that a well trained admin can triple your business.
The big question I find myself asking is this "Are you allowing them to also close deals because you aren't ready for a full time admin?", or do you "Expect" them to also close because you can't see the forest through the tress on how that admin can and will triple your income?
